Presidential Election Tribunal adjourns until May 17
The hearing on the petitions submitted by the Labour Party, LP has been postponed by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal until Wednesday, May 17, 2023.
Following the second court session on Wednesday, one of the spokespersons for the Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Council, Kenneth Okonkwo, disclosed the information.

The court adjourned after a brief petition hearing, according to Okonkwo, who also appeared in court as one of the Labour Party, LP’s solicitors.
