According to data from the FMDQ, the current value of forex turnover is $149.53 million.

According to a statement issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), anyone who fails to comply with the CBN’s Bank Verification Number (BVN) regulation will be denied credit and will be barred from opening new accounts.

The changes were announced by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in a Revised Regulatory Framework for Bank Verification Number (BVN) Operations and Banking Industry Watch-List.
