Details why Interpol arrested publisher of Gistlover, Emeh Nnamdi emerge
Interpol detained the publisher of Gistlover, Emeh Nnamdi.
Mr. Emeh Nnamdi, a member of the National Youth Service Corps who was wanted by the Nigeria Police Force for impersonation and character assassination, has been apprehended.
On Friday, March 3, 2023, Nnamdi was reportedly arrested during a joint operation by Benin Republic and Nigerian INTERPOL agents.

The Anambra State Police Command declared the 26-year-old corps member wanted on February 20, 2023, for unlawful possession of a firearm, money laundering, defamation of character, fraud, and impersonation.
In addition, he was wanted for allegations he made via his Instagram account, Gistlover, that top police officers in the state Police Command were involved in kidnapping, killing suspects, and harvesting their organs after extorting them.

The Nigerian police force had initiated a comprehensive investigation into the allegations in question.
According to information gathered, Nnamdi is an IT expert who works as a tracker for the Anambra State Police Command.
The report indicates that the suspect is currently in police custody in Abuja.
