Fr Ejike Mbaka, a Catholic priest, has spoken out against Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi‘s candidacy.

On Wednesday, June 15, Fr. Mbaka told members of his church that a stingy man cannot be Nigeria’s president.
Nigerians, he claims, are hungry and in need of a generous man.
“We cannot have a stingy President.” We’re both starving. We require a generous individual. Nigerians are starving. ‘Aren’t we hungry?’ he inquired.
