Breaking: PDP Governor imposes 24-hour curfew

Plateau Governor Caleb Mutfwang has implemented a 24-hour curfew in Mangu Local Government Area in response to recent attacks that resulted in loss of life and property.

The decision to impose the curfew on the entire Local Government Area was made by the Governor in consultation with the State Security Council, with the aim of reinstating law and order.

According to a statement from Gyang Bere, Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Governor of Plateau State, all movements within the Local Government Area are now restricted until further notice, except for essential security personnel and individuals performing vital duties.

The security agencies have been instructed to ensure strict enforcement of the curfew.

The Governor provided assurance that the government is tirelessly working to restore peace and security in the State.
