Duties & Responsibilities:

- Book quality assets and monitor portfolios for early detection of defaults.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Acquire new accounts and revive dormant relationships.
- Market the bank’s products to meet customer needs.
- Initiate product development to address customer requirements.
- Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customer relationships.
- Maintain zero tolerance for inactive/dormant accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Manager.
Job Requirements: Education:
- Minimum Education: First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably business-related.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate periodic performance review sessions (Monthly/Quarterly Performance Reviews).
- Analyze, report, and generate business insights on products, channels, customers, branches, and Customer Profitability Reports.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, environmental scanning, and analysis for performance improvement.
- Identify and assess MIS issues affecting the business and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement and maintain an effective MIS reporting application.
- Ensure integrity and completeness of accounts segmentation and ownership.
- Review, analyze, and provide insight on all performance reports/analytics.
- Deliver performance reports and analytics to monitor BU performance.
