In an official statement, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. Augustine Oghoro, conveyed the information on behalf of the Commissioner for Secondary Education, Mrs. Rose Ezewu. The postponement is attributed to the nationwide strike called by the Organized Labour due to the Federal Government’s failure to reach an agreement regarding the new national minimum wage.
