Breaking: Atiku, Obi seek court’s permission to inspect election materials

Atiku Abubakar the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi the Labour Party (LP) have asked the Presidential Election Court (PEC) in Abuja to allow them to inspect election materials used on February 25.

Their request is contained in two ex-parte motions they separately filed with the PEC secretariat at the Abuja Court of Appeal.

Real Reason Why Obi Dumped PDP for Labour Party- Atiku

Today’s hearing schedule includes both motions with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and two others as respondents.

 

While Atiku filed his own motion on March 1, Obi filed his the following day.
