Ejes Gist News reports that the governor made the declaration during the 2026 Holy Ghost Rally organized by the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt on Sunday. Represented by his Deputy, Professor Ngozi Nma Odu, Governor Fubara emphasized that the state’s challenges are surmountable when government actions are guided by faith and moral principles. He expressed confidence that with God’s support, Rivers State can continue to overcome obstacles and achieve sustainable development.
The governor described the theme of the rally, “The All-Sufficient God,” as both timely and reassuring.
