On Tuesday, terrorists carried out a new attack in Southern Kaduna. This time, they targeted the Kpak and Malagum communities located in the Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Mr. Bawa Emmanuel, President of the Kaura Youth Coalition, provided confirmation of the attack.

He explained that two people had been killed by the terrorists on their farms, while the third person had been killed in his own home by the terrorists.
He expressed his regret that the gruesome attack and killings of the three people occurred so soon after the murder of Mrs. Victoria Chimtex, who was killed in her house in Manchok, Kaura LGA. He said that the killings came in the wake of the murder.

‘Attacks on Kaura Local Government Area have been consistent and multi-dimensional with the efforts of the security operatives and government not seen or felt,’ he explained.

The chairman of the council, Mathias Siman, who also confirmed the incident, stated that military operatives were following the suspects with the intention of bringing them before the full force of the law to face the consequences of their actions.
