As a Personal Assistant you will:
- Oversee various administrative tasks
- Manage all correspondences on all communication channels
- Support and manage travel itinerary & logistics
- Event, Meeting & Calendar Management
- Support in various projects as advised
- Manage company travel & hotel bookings
Requirements
- A Degree in related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Personal/Executive Assistant
- Agile
- Administrative skills
- Tech Savvy
- Attention to detail & excellent time management skills.
- Fluent in English, speaking French is a +
