However, based on what the administrators of the Npower discussion group learned about how some of you were able to resolve the issue of invalidated accounts, we’ve decided to share the tips here so that you can try it for yourself.

  • Failed Npower Batch C Payment Solutions 

To validate your account, please follow the steps below.

1) Go to and log in to your dashboard.

2) Go to deployment and look for a note that says “verify account” below the tab. Click it and enter your bank account number and bvn.

3) Then press the submit button.

4) It will then download your PPA letter for you automatically. If you’ve already done so, ignore the new download.

Check your dashboard profile to see if the BVN states “provided” and invalid under provided after logging out and back in. Please disregard this as your account information will be displayed below. If that happens, you’re finished.

If that doesn’t work, call the nasims support line listed above until they respond.
