Earlier, Ejes Gist News informed you that Nasims team would be addressing you on the issue of failed payment status today via its Facebook page, which they did yesterday.
We are pleased to inform you that, as promised, they have issued a statement regarding the failed transaction. You might want to look into the Reasons For Npower Payment Status Failure.
According to Nasims, the occurrence of the FAILED transactions experienced by some Beneficiaries was due to the portal’s manifested technical glitch. We swung into action upon receiving the report and can assure you that it will be resolved in the near future, with an outstanding September stipend paid to all deserving volunteers.
Alternatively, you can call Nasims support team at 092203102 and provide your account details to help resolve this and other similar issues. Please do not leave your account information in the comments section to avoid being hacked, Nasims advised.
It is deeply regrettable that this has caused you any inconvenience. Thank you very much! Greetings from Nasim’s team!
However, based on what the administrators of the Npower discussion group learned about how some of you were able to resolve the issue of invalidated accounts, we’ve decided to share the tips here so that you can try it for yourself.

To validate your account, please follow the steps below.
1) Go to www.nasims.gov.ng and log in to your dashboard.
2) Go to deployment and look for a note that says “verify account” below the tab. Click it and enter your bank account number and bvn.
3) Then press the submit button.
4) It will then download your PPA letter for you automatically. If you’ve already done so, ignore the new download.
Check your dashboard profile to see if the BVN states “provided” and invalid under provided after logging out and back in. Please disregard this as your account information will be displayed below. If that happens, you’re finished.
If that doesn’t work, call the nasims support line listed above until they respond.
