Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on a single WordPress installation ("Site") for the license term purchased (e.g., 1 year). This license is granted to the original purchaser only.
Your license key is unique to your purchase. You agree not to share, resell, or distribute your license key to any third party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and for all activities that occur under your license.
We reserve the right to deactivate any license key found to be used in violation of these Terms.
4.1 Pricing. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with prior notice. You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4.3 Exceptions. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. Refunds are not provided for license renewals.
4.4 Payment Processing. Payments are processed securely via Flutterwave. We do not store your payment information.
5.1 Support. During your active license term, we provide priority email support for Pro customers. Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our Products.
5.2 Updates. During your active license term, you will receive access to all product updates, including new features, security patches, and compatibility updates. After your license expires, you may continue to use the last version you downloaded but will not receive updates or support.

The Pro version of our Products, including all code, documentation, and associated media, is our intellectual property. The free version is licensed under GPL v2 or later. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers of these Products from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Products or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately without prior notice or liability for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Pro version will cease immediately. You must uninstall the Pro version from all sites where it was installed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
