Deportees Cry Out as Tinubu’s Govt Secretly Asks UAE to Deport Nigerians

In a surprising turn of events, the Nigerian government led by President Bola Tinubu has reportedly requested the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to deport over 500 Nigerians. This move has led to widespread confusion and distress among the Nigerian community in the UAE.

According to sources, the deportees were arrested from various locations, including homes, grocery stores, workplaces, eateries, and shops. They were detained for 13 days without any explanations before being deported to Abuja. Upon arrival, they were kept in a camp for about 48 hours and given ₦50,000 each to return to their respective locations.

The sudden deportation has left many families scattered and livelihoods lost. Several deportees questioned UAE officers about the reason for their deportation, only to be told, “It is your Government that wants you back home, not my problem, your problem.”

Nigerians were reportedly segregated from other nationalities and put on a “Nigerian government plane” for their return journey. This incident has raised serious questions about the Nigerian government’s motives and the impact on its citizens abroad.

The Nigerian government led by President Bola Tinubu has yet to provide a clear explanation for this action, leaving many to wonder why such drastic measures were taken. The situation continues to unfold, with affected individuals and their families seeking answers and support.
