PEPC concludes hearing in all petitions August 8
The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has announced that hearings in the three petitions filed by Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP), and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) will be concluded on August 8, with Atiku/PDP adopting their final written addresses in the petition.
The court has set the 30th of May as the date for the start of trial in the three petitions, during which the petitioners are expected to call their first witnesses.

Regarding the petition filed by Obi and the LP, the court has set August 5 as the date for final adoption, and the petitioners must present their case within three weeks.
In addition, Atiku and the PDP have been given three weeks to present their case, with the 8th of August set as the date for final adoption, after which the judgement date will be announced.

The APM is allotted one day to present its case, while July 3 is selected as the date for final adoption, after which a date for judgement will be determined.
