Governor of Kano State, Umar Abdullahi Ganduje has declared a dawn to dusk curfew as the Independent National Electoral Commission announced the candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party, Abba Kabiru Yusuf as the winner of the Governorship Election in the State.
