Boy with missing intestine dies
Adebola Akin-Bright, the individual whose surgical procedure resulted in the loss of his intestines, has sadly passed away. This heartbreaking news was confirmed on Tuesday evening.
According to information obtained by PUNCH Metro, Adebola Akin-Bright experienced severe complications and was immediately rushed to the intensive care unit of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH). Tragically, despite medical efforts, he was later pronounced dead.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Lagos State House of Assembly had made a plea to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, urging him to instruct the Ministry of Health to allocate the necessary funds for the overseas medical treatment of the young boy.
