Leading and Maintaining the Community: The Community Manager will be at the forefront of building and maintaining a vibrant community of technical talent within their respective state. This involves implementing scalable programs to attract diverse aspiring technologists.

Brand Ownership: The manager will be responsible for owning and promoting the brand of 3MTT in their state, actively engaging existing community members, and attracting new participants to the program.
