3MTT Shortlisted Candidates: Access Your Status and Next Steps

The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Program has released the shortlisted candidates for the next phase of the selection process. To check your 3MTT registration status, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the 3MTT shortlisted candidates portal: https://app.3mtt.training/selected/fellows
  2. Once on the portal, navigate to the dashboard section and click ‘See list of all selected fellows for Cohort 1 here.

How to Interpret Your 3MTT Shortlisted Candidates Status:

Shortlisted: If your dashboard displays “Shortlisted,” congratulations! You have successfully moved on to the next stage of the 3MMT selection process. Be prepared, as you may need to take a Computer-Based Test (CBT) on a specified date, which will be communicated to you on your dashboard or through the email you used for registration.

Under Review: If your dashboard displays “Under Review,” your application is currently being evaluated by the management. This status will eventually change to either “Shortlisted” or “Not Selected” after the review process is complete.

Not Selected: If your dashboard displays “Not Selected,” unfortunately, your application did not proceed to the next stage. This could be due to various factors, such as not meeting the stated requirements or the available slots being filled. You may either be automatically considered for the next round of the program or would need to reapply when registration for the next batch opens.

It’s essential to regularly check your dashboard for updates and communications regarding the next steps in the 3MTT program. Stay tuned for any announcements and instructions that may be provided.
