1) Fuel price skyrockets barely 24 hours after the announcement of subsidy removal Less than twenty-four hours after President Bola Tinubu declared the end of fuel subsidies, the price of Premium Motor Spirit, also known as petrol, has skyrocketed to N600 per litre in many parts of the country, up from N195.   2) State Refinery ad-hoc committee reveals amount FG spent since 2010 The Ad Hoc Committee on the State of Refineries in the Country of the House of Representatives estimates that the Federal Government has spent a total of N11,349,583,186,313.40 since 2010. It was determined that the two murdered individuals were members of the Rundele Security and Peace Advisory Council, a local vigilante organisation.   10) FC Polissya signs Chijoke Aniagboso FC Polissya Zhytomyr, a newly promoted Premier League club in Ukraine, has announced the signing of Flying Eagles custodian Chijoke Aniagboso.
