Step 2 of Grade 8 earns over ₦900,000 per year (before deductions). This equates to about ₦75,000 per month.


According to the NDLEA, HND holders are placed on Grade Level 7 Step 1 and earn around ₦54,000 per month and over ₦650,000.

NDLEA, Ond/NCE holders are placed on Grade Level 6 Step 1 and earn around ₦50,000 per month and over ₦600,000.
