Man nabbed stealing children’s pampers in Lokoja
A man has been caught stealing children’s pampers in Felele area of Lokoja, the Kogi State capital.
The suspect was allegedly selling the pampers for $1 million each to ritualists.
Despite being thrashed by locals before being handed over to the cops, he refused to mention his backers.
