World Youth Day: YEM Africa Set To Honour Notable Youths

As part of activites to mark this year’s World Youth day Celebration, on the 12th of August, 2020, a Pan African Organization, Youth Emancipation Movement of Africa has concluded plans to honour Noteable youths that have contributed greatly towards the growth and development of the Africa Society.

This information was made known to newsmen through the Director General of the organization, Comrade Ibebe Rufus Akpobome via phone chat over the weekend and comfirmed by the chairman of the organizing committee via same medium

According to Comrade Ibebe Rufus who is an advocate, his Organization plan to
Organize the event in other to celebrate Youths for their support to global development and appreciate selected youths, who were nominated by the general public for their support towards the growth and development of Africa society.

He said the event would be serve as an opportunity not only to celebrate, appreciate and recognise the contributions of youths to global but as an avenue to teach youths on how to carry engage themselves in activites that would bring global action for positive changes.

On his part, the chairman of the planning committee, Comrade Omorohwovo Patrick speaking also via phone chat, comfirmed to newsmen that, a seminar with the theme: Youth Engagement For Global Action would also be organized by the Organization as part of activites to mark the World Youths day.

According to him, himself alongside Amb. Ugagaoghene Ogheneyore would be speaking on different topics at the seminar while Comrade Ibebe Rufus would deliver the keynote address.

The Celebration is expected to draw youths from various organizations and different walks of life together.

Youth Emancipation Movement of Africa is a pan African organization aimed at creating a better African Society.
