This ritualist was arrested with a woman head. When interrogated by the Police he claimed their group need 100 women heads before the next general election. Their modus operandi is to spray toxin chemicals on lone women drivers or with little children in the traffic at major cities in Nigeria, to force their victims to loose bearings and park.
