Job Descriptions

  • Propose objectives and key efficiency indicators for direct reviews and monitor ongoing outcomes.
  • Coordinate implementation of model and gross sales program.
  • Manage Sales & funds and P&L.
  • Ensure that aims in phrases of gross sales, visibility, recruiting and customer support are achieved.
  • Perform different capabilities as assigned by the BOD
  • Formulate gross sales and advertising and marketing technique
  • Translate advertising and marketing technique into operational gross sales plan.
  • Define constructions for every channel and area, together with operational planning.
  • Develop and refine the market protection plan.
  • Establish and implement an acceptable compensation construction emphasizing a “pay for performance” tradition.

  • Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, or any associated self-discipline.
  • Min of 7 years of expertise as Head of Sales in a Financial Institution.
