Job Title: Head of Sales
- Propose objectives and key efficiency indicators for direct reviews and monitor ongoing outcomes.
- Coordinate implementation of model and gross sales program.
- Manage Sales & Marketing funds and P&L.
- Ensure that aims in phrases of gross sales, visibility, recruiting and customer support are achieved.
- Perform different capabilities as assigned by the BOD
- Formulate gross sales and advertising and marketing technique
- Translate advertising and marketing technique into operational gross sales plan.
- Define constructions for every channel and area, together with operational planning.
- Develop and refine the market protection plan.
- Establish and implement an acceptable compensation construction emphasizing a “pay for performance” tradition.
- Ensure that the Regional/Channel Managers are nicely skilled and motivated to ship on aggressive gross sales and repair targets.
- Proactively struggle to retain and develop market share.
- Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any associated self-discipline.
- Min of 7 years of expertise as Head of Sales in a Financial Institution.
- Professional and Post Graduate Degree could be an added benefit.
