Introduction

Key Elements of the Role

  • Ensure that every one workers have accomplished Goal Setting plan at the beginning of the year
  • Ensure that efficiency discussions are documented and applied accordingly
  • Communicate measurement requirements and key efficiency indicators to all members of the organisation
  • Assist in making ready and reporting all efficiency measures (i.e. monitoring instrument) and outcomes to company and native administration
  • Assist in career-pathing for workers and succession planning for key management roles
  • Assist within the critiques and updates of efficiency appraisal instruments
  • Assist in conducting efficiency value determinations and critiques and overseeing all administration of the efficiency appraisal course of
  • Manage the annual efficiency appraisal course of and cyclical actions
  • Ensure accuracy in efficiency assessment scores
  • Assist in designing and implementing all issues referring to profession growth, expertise administration, worker growth of the employees
  • Provide help as wanted to line managers to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate efficiency calibration periods
  • Assist in performing evaluation on key metrics/processes and advocate course of enhancements that maximize efficiencies

Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Directing initiatives and processes inside the organisation
