The timing of Uzodinma’s appeal coincides with the continent’s most populous country’s preparations for the general elections set for February and March 2023.

The author is adamant that the country’s dissolution is one of the answers to its political problems.

He urged people to decide whether or not they wanted Nigeria to remain a state as they deal with serious economic and security issues.

The son of former finance minister and WTO DG Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala emphasized that “Nigeria’s political system defies neat packaging.”

“Scholars have given it a variety of names, including the mocking “chaosocracy,” the more positive “entrepreneurial democracy,” and the derogatory “kleptocracy.”
