Job Title : Risk & Compliance Team Lead

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Monitor and report enterprise extensive dangers inside the BU.
· Examine, assessment, and report back to administration on the adequacy and effectiveness of the interior management system within the BU with a view to establishing that:

– SAP Financial and working data are dependable;

– Policies, procedures, related legislations, plans, legal guidelines and rules are complied with;

– Resources are economically, successfully and effectively utilised

– Errors, frauds and irregularities are prevented and detected and reported

– All enterprise dangers are managed to a stage inside the acceptable restrict set by the Board.

– Business objectives and targets are acceptable and achievable.

– Leading and working the Compliance unit of UPDC by supervising the workforce of 1 Compliance Officer (UHL) and a pair of call-over officers (UHL & VFM)

– Monthly reporting to the MD of the BU, and the CFO on the actions of the companies with respects to Risk administration and Compliance.

– Quarterly abstract reporting to the Board Risk and Governance Committee on the actions of the departments throughout the BU.

Minimum Qualifications

· Minimum of eight years working expertise
· Educational Qualification: HND higher credit score or BSC (2-1)

· Professional Qualification (ACA, ACCA)

Commercial/Business Manager – UPDC Plc (Vacancy)

JOB ROLE

The Commercial/Business Manager can have a minimum of 5 years’ expertise in actual property growth, together with fund elevating and growth administration of business and residential tasks in Nigeria.

Business Development:
