Tordue Salem, the Vanguard Newspaper’s National Assembly journalist, has been found dead, almost a month after his disappearance.
On October 13, 2021, Salem was last seen alive near a Total fueling station near the Force headquarters in Abuja.
According to a press storey, the circumstances surrounding his body’s retrieval are still unknown.
Some people have apparently been arrested in connection with his disappearance, including Prince Enyenihi.
Enyenihi allegedly phoned the deceased’s wife and demanded a ransom of N100 million.
“Tordue will be killed in seven days if you don’t pay.” In a text message to Salem’s wife, Enyenihi was reported to have remarked, “Call this number for more information.”
