Visits Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Wike’s Ally Amidst crisis Ravaging the peoples Democratic party, PDP

Ejes Gist Newspaper reports that Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi welcomed Peter Obi, a very significant visitor, to his state.

Obi claims that the meeting provided a forum for discussing various urgent concerns, one of which is of a national nature.

The presidential candidate for the also disclosed that he spoke with Ugwuanyi about the growth and destiny of the southeast.

On September 21, Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) candidate for president, visited Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the governor of Enugu.

The former governor of Anambra said on his Facebook page that he had a meeting with Ugwuanyi to discuss the direction and growth of the southeast.

What Peter Obi and Governor Ugwuanyi discussed

The presidential candidate for the Labour Party also said that some of his conversation with the governor of Enugu touched on national concerns.

He stated:

“I just travelled to Enugu to see my brother, H.E. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi. We discussed important matters of crucial national concern as well as issues specific to the Southeast.”

According to reports, Ugwuanyi is one of the PDP leaders that resigned from Atiku Abubakar’s presidential campaign committee.

Meanwhile, the crisis ravaging the peoples Democratic party, PDP has taken a new turn as the PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has urged him to pull the rug from under governor Nyesom Wike.

Recall that Governor Nyesom Wike camp pulled out of the Atiku Abubakar presidential campaign council after it’s series of calls for it’s National Chairman Iyorchia Ayu’s Resignation.
