Femi Fani Kayode, the former aviation minister, has revealed that Wakili’s son, a Fulani warlord, has killed four people in Oyo state today.
The former aviation minister said he had contacted the IGP, who promised to get to work on the case right away.
Fani Kayode urged the IGP to issue an order for the boy to be shot on sight or to arrest him right away.
‘I congratulate Iba Gani Adams, Yorubaland’s Aare Ona Kakanfo, and the OPC on the successful capture of Wakili, one of the country’s most barbaric and notorious foreign Fulani terrorists and cold-blooded killers. This is the path to take. Bravo!
There is no doubt that Wakili, who was recently apprehended, is the godfather of terrorism in the Southwest. However, his son, Abu, is the enforcer and “hard man” of his terrorist cell. Abu killed ten innocent people three days ago, and Chief Sunday Adeyemo (Sunday Igboho), who was enraged, sent me photos of their bodies an hour after they were killed. I forwarded them to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State, who not only forwarded them to the IGP in my presence, but also called him and briefed him on the situation.
The IGP assured him that he would take the necessary steps and investigate the situation. Sadly, Abu has killed four more innocent and defenceless souls this morning, following his father’s arrest yesterday. This is completely unacceptable. Worst of all, the boy is a heartless and vicious beast.
He isn’t even a native of Nigeria. He is a FOREIGN Fulani, not a local Fulani, like his father Wakili and most of the terrorists in our country. I demand that the authorities immediately locate, arrest, and prosecute Wakili’s son, Abu, or, better yet, shoot him on sight.
I also urge them to bring Wakili to trial as soon as possible and bring him to justice for his heinous crimes against the people of Ibarapa, Oyo State, and the South West. Finally, I demand the immediate release of the OPC heroes who apprehended the Wakili monster and handed him over to the authorities intact. Be assured that if authorities refuse to arrest terrorists in the Southwest, we reserve the right to do so ourselves and turn them over to the police for investigation. Finally, I’d like to state the following:
Wakili should not be released under any circumstances. If that happened for any reason, it would severely threaten and jeopardise the peace process that has been established, and it would cause many people to lose faith and hope in what we are trying to achieve.”
