Principal Accountabilities
- Drive compliance program for implementation of native and worldwide requirements, guidelines and statutory laws regarding Marine Logistics operations each in Primary & Secondary Logistics in Shell Nigeria.
- Develop and preserve database of related legal guidelines, guidelines, laws, statutes, and requirements relevant to Marine Logistics operations to take care of license to function.
- Drive assurance program of firm owned and third social gathering operated terminals, jetties and provide bases
- Identify and undertake new applied sciences and best practices in administration of Shell Nigeria Marine Logistics fleet to satisfy operational wants.
- Develop and preserve Marine Logistics Asset Reference Plan
- Champion Marine Logistics course of/worth enchancment drives and enterprise growth research to reinforce performance.

Requirements
- A minimal of Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer Class 1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency. A bachelor’s degree or its equal in Science, Engineering or associated self-discipline is an added benefit however not a pre-requisite.
- At least 10 years expertise in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 5 years should be sea-going expertise at administration stage.
- Excellent HSE Leadership abilities
- Knowledge of native statutory requirement
