Scope of Work

Key Accountabilities

HR Systems Administrator (50%):

  • Update annual L&D tracker
  • Draft common HR month-to-month reports on Nigeria actions, together with KPIs for the HRM;
  • Minute taking in HR associated assembly e.g. disciplinary instances.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a associated self-discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-years expertise in a associated function
  • Experience in human assets or administration
  • Experience in document preserving/administration.
  • Knowledge of Nigeria employment regulation.
  • Prior expertise in an analogous degree function
  • Prior expertise in knowledge administration and HR analytics

Desirable:
