A member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Lado Suleja, has separated himself from rumors of his surrender from the mainstream All Progressives Congress (APC), to the break-away Reformed All Progressives Congress (R-APC).
In a talk with Journalists at the National Assembly on Friday, the lawmaker representing Gurara/Suleja/Tafa Federal Constituency of Niger State said he was still in APC.
“I’m a bonafide and card carrying member of the APC”, he said.
The lawmaker further clarified that he had in the past held the post of National Youth Leader of the party.
He noticed that as an establishing member of the party, his loyalty was still with President Muhammadu Buhari.
“My loyalty remains with the APC and President Muhammadu Bubari”, he said.
Hon. Suleja however expressed that however he had his personal relationship with one of the main members of the R-APC, Senator Musa Kwanwaso, and shares his political belief systems, he was “still a member of the APC”.
