Responsibilities

• To Provide 24X7X365 entry to Finacle application to the complete UBA
• Ensuring easy operating and availability of Finacle 24 x 7 for UBA.
• EOD/EOM/EOY run on Finacle, Finnone, Fundtech
• Ensure Daily Generation and transmission of SWIFT statement on day by day foundation
• Ensure day by day era and transmission of E-statement to subscribers
• COT and Credit curiosity run on Finacle
• Ensure that ALL Finacle and csis providers are up and operating on 24 x 7 foundation.
• General parameter assessment and arrange/modification
• Scheme parameter arrange, assessment and modification
• Liaise with consultant on EOD/Processing points
• Business Office Sol creation and set-up

KPIs:

• Timely release of system to customers

Qualifications and Experience

• BSC and different skilled {qualifications}.
• Minimum years of expertise – 2-5 years’ work expertise in related subject
• Certifications – Having a certification from a good establishment might be an added benefit
• Minimum of two years cognate Banking expertise
• Good information of Banking
• Finacle Administration
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of  Bank coverage and best practices
• UNIX expertise
• Reporting expertise
• Interpersonal expertise

Job Title: Team Member, Enterprise Application Support

Location: Nigeria
Reporting Line: Team Lead, Enterprise Application Support

Responsibilities
Documentation of Enterprise structure baseline:

• Ensure correct documentation of Enterprise Application help course of/procedures and Configuration gadgets.
• Ensure up-to-date procedures for each end-users and operators of those programs

Process Optimization:

• Ensure well timed understanding of any new software program integration into firm programs
• Ensure preventative upkeep, together with the set up of service packs, patches, scorching fixes, anti-virus software program is carried out as and when due.
• Ensuring easy operating and availability of 99.99% Payment System Application 24 x 7 x 365

Project Delivery Effectiveness:

• Ensure mitigation towards future occurences

Adhoc

• Render periodic report for administration descision making
