A Renowned Professor of Mass Communication and Head of Department of Mass
Communication at Delta State University, Abraka (DELSU), Prof Godwin

National Development.

“He is the Associate Editor, Journal of Communication and Media Research.

He co-authored Mass Media in Nigerian Democracy in 2008 with Professor Fred
Omu, one-time member of the MacBride Commission. Oboh is the creator of
Mediatisation of Nigerian Elections: Issues and Perspectives for African
Democracy, printed in 2014.

Prof Oboh, is a member of the African Council for Communication Education
(ACCE), and the International Communication Association (ICA) within the
Washington DC, United States.
