Job Position: Personal Assistant
Job Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary
- Acting as a primary level of contact
- Managing diaries and organising conferences and appointment
- Booking and arranging travels for the GMD
- Reminding the GMD of essential job and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and getting ready reports, presentation
- Managing database and filling methods
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree Compulsory
- 2 – 5 years expertise in administrative capability

Skills Required:
- Must have analytical ability
- Hungry to study and actively search for alternatives to contribute
- Handle a number of initiatives and dynamic priorities with out errors
- Strong negotiations and constructing long-lasting relationship abilities
- Proven potential to unravel issues creatively.
- Very effectively learn and huge in considering.
- Ability to work below stress
- Good tolerance behaviour.
- Must be keen to work by week ends (Saturdays)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, prioritization and decision-making abilities

Salary
N100,000 month-to-month.
