  • Process opening and shutting of consumers’ accounts as required
  • Carry out buyer survey and suggestions
  • Must have an excellent information of the financial institution’s services and products
  • Cross-sell of financial institution’s merchandise to prospects
  • Build and preserve long run and worthwhile relationships with prospects
  • Deliver environment friendly and high quality customer support persistently.
  • Maintain a database for collating helpful buyer info.
  • Log points on service supply and follow-up with buyer or the related models on offering options to those points

Requirements

  • OND/NCE in any course with a minimum of Lower Credit OR Merit for NCE holders
  • Five (5) O’Level Credit Passes together with English and Mathematics at no more than two sittings
  • Must not be greater than 25 years of age by your subsequent birthday.
  • Little or no expertise in banking.

Skills and Competencies:
