Job Title: Information Technology Officer
Location: Enugu
Job Description
- Undertaken in a wide range of administrative, scientific and technical areas of the Bank.
- Involved in the planning, design, acquisition, development, installation and maintenance of information systems used for the achievement of bank’s objectives.
- Will be required to develop greater business knowledge in order to meet the corporate requirements of the Bank.
- Administering the Banks Local, wide, wireless, internet and intranet networks, Telephone, voice and all related Software Programs.
- Ensures the Banks Technology resource systems are operating in a secure and Stable Place.
Job Requirements
Applicant must possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a first degree from a recognized institution in Computer Science or any disciplines.
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in information technology with other banks or relevant background will be an added advantages
- MCP Certification in microfinance banking will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Marketing Officer
Location: Enugu
Job Description
- Conversion of new relationships as well as management and retention of existing customers.
- Arranging meetings and visits to top customers and prospects as well as referrals.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and in conformity with bank’s policies and procedures,
- Deposit mobilization
- Risk asset creation
- Reactivation of dormant accounts.
Job Title: Credit & Marketing Officer
Location: Enugu
Job Description
- Responsible for managing the credit risk portfolio of the bank
- Responsible for coordinating marketing functions of the bank’s products and services
- Monitor repayment and preparation of loan deduction schedule
- Analyze credit information to determine the risk involved in lending and prepare reports of findings.
- Perform periodic stress testing and credit review of bank’s loan portfolio.
Job Requirements

- Minimum of a first degree from a recognized institution in Accounting / Banking / Finance discipline
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in Accounting / finance – related discipline or relevant background will be an added advantage

Job Title: Internal Control / Audit & Risk Management Officer
Location: Enugu
Job Description
- Develop and implement appropriate operating procedures to ensure compliance with bank and industry policies
- Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify and re-portable issues.
- Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risk resulting from poor controls.
- Protecting bank’s resources against wastage, fraud and inefficiency.
- Ensuring accuracy and reliability in accounting and operating data of the bank.
Job Requirements

- Process customer’s transactions for withdrawal and deposit of cash, cheques in a professional manner
- Respond to customers enquiries promptly
- Referring customers with financial problems to superior officer for assistance
- Following bank procedures when performing transactions and paying attention to details.
- Monitoring the levels of cash in the cubicle and following all cheque cashing and cash handling procedures.

- Maintain a highly motivated, skilled and well-trained workforce in banking operations
- Ensure that all activities and processes undertaken by operations Unit are in conformity with set standards pertaining to banking policies
- Safeguard customers data and protect against fraud.
Job Requirements
Applicant must possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of BSc / HND from a recognized institution in any discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Banking/Microfinance institution will be an added advantage
