Job Description

  • Overseeing the each day operations of the Department
  • Oversee fueling and servicing of Gen set in all websites
  • Provides administrative help to Services Department and in addition Oil & Gas
  • Monitor renewal of auto particulars on occasion
  • Providing printed supplies and types by acquiring necessities; negotiating value, high quality, and supply and getting approval of invoices from GMD
  • General upkeep and services administration of Premises, Peddlers, Trucks, from time
  • Any different process assigned
  • Periodic web site visitation

Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)

  • BSc/HND in Business Administration.
  • Prior administration and venture administration expertise
  • High power, extremely motivated persona
  • Good communicator – verbal and written
  • Excellent Microsoft Office expertise (Excel, Word)
  • Prior expertise as an Admin Manager is a should.
  • Must not be lower than 40 years
  • Superior management expertise with potential to work with out supervision
