Mr Iyiegbu has been an inspirational grass-to-grace figure since his funeral became the buzz of the town, appearing in interviews telling stories of how he started in a one-room apartment as a recent graduate undergoing the mandated national youth service in Abuja in 1999.
He started as an estate agent and made his first N1 million through a house furnishing contract he obtained at the time, he told BBC Pidgin.
He now controls vast investments in entertainment, hospitality, and real estate, among other things.
