To all concern, kindly visit your bank for confirmation of your account being credited without recieving alert and if the money truly didn’t drop, obtain statement of account and lodge a detailed complaint to that effect to this email address [email protected] for appropriate action.
Please this instruction should be given strictly adherence.
How to lodge a complaint to NASIMS Management or Npower Support
1. Visit your bank and obtain a bank account statement.
2. The bank account statement should cover the period of your complaints. For example, if you have not been paid a March stipend, your bank account statement should be from February to May.
3. Scan your bank statement and email it to [email protected] along with a brief description of your issues. ”
The email title should be “Npower March Stipend Payment failed.”
I am Grace Ogheneyoma, with the Npower Number “NP/20/19715”. I have not received my Npower March Stipend.
My dashboard is showing “transaction failed.”
