    Kindly assist to do a correction of my surname on my account. I apply for a change of name from Victoria Ede Peter to Victoria Ede Samuel since, but it just take effect on my account on the 28 of June 2022 with Account details as, 0115****769 (GTB) By the reason of the name change my April allowance transaction failed, please assist or advice me on what to do.

    See attached the screen shot of the failed transaction on my dashboard and prove of NIN.
