, a 54-year-old woman, has filed a petition an for the dissolution of her marriage, citing her husband’s alleged sexual incompetence.

Mormah, a beautician, filed a petition with the court on Tuesday to end her 25-year marriage, claiming she was forced into it.

“My father forced me to love him,” she said, adding that she was fed up and couldn’t continue the marriage.

“We have two boys and three girls in our family.”

“Also, we always argue, we fight too much, and he tells me to leave his house whenever we fight.”

“He forgets that marriage is full of squabbles and that no one is perfect.”

“I was fed up with this lifestyle and eventually moved out.”

“His manhood, too, isn’t working.”

“I took him to the hospital when I found out, and drugs were prescribed for him, but he never took them.”

“He always claimed there was nothing wrong with him.

“OK, if nothing is wrong, do your job,” he says, but he can’t.

“He also doesn’t care about my family.”

“When issues arise and they invite him, he will inform them that he will not attend.

“Instead, he’d expect them to come to his house, which is such a disgrace,” Mormah said.

She also requested that the court grant her a divorce because they had been living apart.

He never had her time, she claims, even when they were leaving together.

He was constantly out drinking with his pals.

She also stated in court that they have been living apart for a year and that the court should grant her sole custody of their six-year-old child.

Mr. David Mormah, the respondent, was unavailable to give his side of the story.

Mr Koledoye Adeniyi, the court’s President, later adjourned the case until May 12 for a decision.
