Job Title: Milling Operator at Zee Rice

Job Type: Full Time

Tasks

• Operate machines within the rice mill in order to get the best high quality rice.
• Adjusts gate in spout to manage the move of rice into the machine retaining in view the load on the driving electrical motor.
• Observes cleansing and hulling processes feels rice and adjusts equipment to make sure rice is processed in accordance with specs.
• Routine cleansing of sieves and substitute of rubber rolls as and when required.
• Ensure that the output is produced as per high quality norms.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and up-preserve.
• Ensure to function the machine at the best capability.
• Check the by-merchandise common intervals in order to keep away from lack of good rice.
• Ensure security guidelines are noticed within the plant.
• Strict adherence to all work directions for milling /tools.
• Performs associated duties, akin to lubricating tools and repairing equipment preserve manufacturing reports.
• Proper utilization of informal employees in several sections of the rice mill.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High faculty diploma or equal;
• A very good understanding of security procedures.
• Applicant have to be between the age of 20-30 years
• Maintenance information/abilities of manufacturing facility machines is a major prerequisite.
• Operational Knowledge of colour sorter. (Likely to be thought of).
• Willingness to study and be versatile.
• Positive perspective and nice interpersonal abilities.
