  • Candidate will offers management assistance to the Director M&E in all tracking and examination (M&E) activities for FHI 360 Nigeria.
  • S/he supports the Director M&E in general management and arrangement of technical inputs to enhance and help with the shipment of sound technical help in M&E, consisting of to the Government of Nigeria (GON) and United States Government (USG) upon demand.
  • S/he works together carefully with other significant stakeholders in the application and enhancement of the nationwide M&E effort in Nigeria.

Minimum Requirement Standards

  • MB.BS / MD / PHD or comparable degree with 5 to 7 years appropriate experience with at least 5 years progressive experience operating in Monitoring and Evaluation in big HIV / AIDS programs at nationwide or international level.
  • MS / MA in Demography, Economics and an MPH or comparable degree with 7 to 9 years appropriate experience in project-level or state / national-level Monitoring and Evaluation in big HIV / AIDS programs at nationwide or international level.
  • Sound useful understanding of stats and using analytical software application.
  • Proven experience in job advancement, preparation and assisting in technical training.
  • Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is needed.
  • Familiarity with USAID and PEPFAR programs is needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Candidates will support in the application and coordination of avoidance and mitigation activities in Akwa lbom state under the SIDHAS job and in line with the continuous HIV rise activities presently continuous in the state. This consists of supporting the application of avoidance activities (sexual and biomedical) and tactical habits modification interventions, screening and therapy, house based care together with other neighborhood mobilization activities and making sure efficient cooperation with other IPs supported for OVC shows tp attain optimal effectiveness.

Minimum Requirement Standards

  • MB.BS / MD / PHD or comparable degree with 1 to 3 years public health experience at the state or neighborhood level or in the personal health sector.
  • Or MPH or MS / MA in appropriate degree with 3 to 5 years public health experience at the state or neighborhood level or in the personal health sector.
  • Or BS / Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Health Sciences, Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Health or in appropriate degree with 5 to 7 years public health experience at the state or neighborhood level or in the personal health sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in big and complicated SBC / BCC mobilization activities in a donor (USAID, DFID, CIDA, etc.) financed nationwide health-focused job.
  • HCT experience and capability to comprehend complete variety of concerns around HCT.
  • Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is extremely preferable.
