Azeez, who pleaded not responsible to the fees, was introduced on two counts of indecent assault and defilement, NAN reports.
The Chief Magistrate, Mr O.O. Olatunji, ordered that the defendant should be stored on the Ikoyi Custodial Centre, pending when the case could be filed on the sexual and particular offences court, Ikeja.

Earlier, the Prosecutor, Insp. Chinalu Uwadione, instructed the court that the motorcyclist dedicated the offences at Canal View Drive, Ago, Okota, Lagos.
He alleged that the defendant defiled the woman when her guardian stepped out and left her alone at dwelling.
According to him, the offences contravene sections 137 and 263 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
The Justice of the Peace adjourned the case till Feb. 2 for point out.
