A 35-year-old man recognized as Femi Adesaji who was accused of allegedly tampering with a pay as you go meter belonging to Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) was dragged earlier than a Magistrates’ Court in Ota, Ogun, on Thursday, January 7.
The police charged Adesaji, who lives in Ota with three counts of prison harm, conspiracy and breach of peace. The Prosecution Counsel, Insp. Cynthia Okezie, informed the court that the defendant dedicated the offence on December 23, 2020 in his residence.
Okezie alleged that the defendant performed himself in a fashion prone to trigger a breach of peace.
