Nafada Local Government Chairman, Musa Abubakar Is dead
Musa Abubakar, more commonly known as Babawuro, passed away recently. He served as Chairman of the Nafada Local Government Area (LGA) in Gombe State.
On Monday, Abubakar was involved in a car accident that took his life along the road to Kano.

In accordance with the precepts of Islam, he was laid to rest at the Modibbo Bubayero Mosque, which is located within the Emir’s Palace in Gombe.
In response to his departure, the Governor of Gombe State, Muhammadu Yahaya Inuwa, stated that he had learned of Babawuro’s passing and was overcome with an overwhelming sense of sadness.
Not only to the local government chairman’s immediate family, but also to the entire state and the country as a whole, the death of the local government chairman was described by the Governor in a statement as being extremely distressing and a significant loss.
He stated that the deceased was a man of peace, a committed politician, and an experienced public servant who contributed enormously to the development of his immediate community, local government, and the state. He also stated that the deceased was a public servant who had a lot of experience.
The immediate family of the deceased, staff, and council members of Nafada Local Government, as well as the entire good people of the local government area, received condolences from Governor Inuwa on behalf of the Government and people of Gombe State over the tragic event. Governor Inuwa also expressed his condolences on behalf of the people of Gombe State.
He pleaded with the All-Mighty God to pardon his sins and grant him entry into paradise as a reward for his good works.
