RCCG Pastors Are Goats” comment raises controversy

Leke’s “Goat” comment has raises controversy as some persons are in support of the “Goat” phrase.

Leke Adeboye the son of the Redeemed Christian Church of God RCCG’s General Overseer, has resorted to Instagram to blast the church’s erring pastors.

All RCCG pastors are asked to connect with their National Headquarters on Thanksgiving Sunday, which is the first Sunday of every month, where the General Overseer, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, would deliver a sermon. His sermon is scheduled to be the only one delivered on that particular Sunday.

However, in other church parishes, some pastors go on and give their own thoughts after the GO has delivered his own sermon for 30 to 45 minutes.

In a post on his Instagram page this morning, Leke sneered at such preachers, referring to them as “goats.”

While some in the congregation congratulated him for speaking his thoughts, others questioned his use of the term “Goat” to describe the erring pastors.
